About the event
ABOUT: We are so excited to be hosting the 2026 Garet&Co Workshop Week at Wesleyan University! For five days in July, we will be providing training through a variety of classes geared towards high school, college, adult and professional dancers who are pursuing excellence in contemporary dance. Daily classes include a 2 hour technique and choreographic combination class, an hour long workshop class (incorporating a different style each day!) and a 90 minute improvisation and combination class. All dancers who register for the full workshop will also have the opportunity to learn AND perform a piece by Garet in Garet&Co’s Season 5 Finale happening at the end of the Workshop Week on August 1st! Plus, all dancers who register for the full workshop will get a free ticket to watch the rest of the show. Classes will be taught by Garet and Garet&Co company members.

Open to all passionate dancers ages 7-12! in this class, garet will provide young dancers with the opportunity to work on storytelling, dynamics, musicality, and technique while having fun and making new friends!
