Sunday Open Classes Winter 2026

Garet&Co Classes are geared towards intermediate & advanced dancers, but are open to all adult and age 13&over dancers with a passion for dance. Classes will begin with introductions to generate a sense of community, followed by an improvisational warm up where dancers will be given a chance to get in touch with their own unique sense of self. After a stretch, every single class (new this season!!) will incorporate across the floor, where dancers can take time to focus on technique, before we dive into a choreographic combination for the second hour of class. Garet&Co's style of movement is serious, athletic, complicated, musical, gestural, technical, emotive contemporary dance. We can't wait to dance with you!
